Position Summary

The Relationship Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee tax and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in tax law and its application, who is ready to step into a client-facing leadership role, develop staff, and contribute to firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive service.

• Review staff work, provide guidance and training, and ensure excellence.

• Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Mentor, train, and supervise associates and interns.

• Support firm growth through client retention and relationship expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA license preferred or actively pursuing.

• 4+ years public accounting experience including relevant client-facing responsibilities.

• Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance and planning.

• Proven ability to supervise and develop staff.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
